Munisense

Munisense provides online and real-time insight into noise, water quality and groundwater levels. This allows managers and policymakers to measure real-time; remote, reliable and smarter. Thanks to our smart hardware and powerful software platform. Our smart city solutions measure noise at events, construction or infrastructure, detect fireworks, or measure water quality parameters. The data is validated, correlated and visualized for you. This high-quality data contributes to well-founded policy decisions. The online insight into, among other things, noise nuisance, water levels and water quality ensures effective control and improvement of the living environment. Thus we integrate measurement, regulation and control in your organization. At low cost and also in places where autonomy for power supply and data communication is of great importance.

Contribution to PLANtAR

Munisense is the owner for use case 1 in WP1: outdoor monitoring of urban farming and landscaping. Munisense is also the owner of WP6, on testing and verification. Munisense is building a PLANtAR hardware platform and augmenting its cloud software platform for integrating the sensors developed in the project. Of specific interest is the sensing of soil moisture, soil and water conductivity and nitrates.
